PRESIDENT
Mr. R. Brent Meszaros

Mr. Brent Meszaros has been with Vestar for 10 years in shopping center management and currently manages 3 million sq. ft. in Arizona. Brent has been in the property management industry since 1988 and earned his CPM® designation in 1995.  He is an active member with International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).  Brent served as the President in 2009 and again in 2010.

VICE-PRESIDENT
Mr. Allen R Bowman
Mr. Allen R. Bowman currently serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management for The Ellman Companies, the 224 Acre, $1.2 billion dollar development in Glendale, AZ.  Before joining The Ellman Companies, Allen served as Director of Property Management for RBI Management Services, L.L.C., AMO®, one of the largest property management companies in AZ.  He has held top positions for the following organizations, President of the Phoenix, AZ branch of China-based COFCO Management Co., President COFCO Development Co., President of BGK Asset Management Corp., New Mexico’s second largest privately held property management company, Regional Director of property management for A&B Hawaii, one of Hawaii’s largest land owners.  In addition to an MBA from California Coast University, Allen has earned several professional real estate designations including CPM®, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®), Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM®) and Real Property Administrator (RPA®).  He also holds real estate broker licenses in Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada and New Mexico.  Allen was the 2007 recipient of the CPM® of the Year award and the 2008 President’s award. 
TREASURER/SECRETARY
Ms. Pamela M Sullens

Ms. Pamela Sullens has been in the multi-family industry for over 30 years.  She is active in the Phoenix Chapter for IREM and has served on the Executive Council in the past.  She is also a member and active in the Arizona Multi-housing Association.  Pamela is a co-owner in Sullens & Euchner, AMO® which manages multi-family communities in the Phoenix area.  She is a Broker in two states: Arizona and Illinois.  She is also active in many civic and charity organizations, but is dedicated to the multi-family industry.

EDUCATION
Ms. Dalia Bureker

Ms. Dalia Bureker is a long standing member of the IREM Greater Phoenix Chapter No. 47.  She received her CPM® designation early on in 1988. She has recently joined the MEB Management Services AMO® team, specializing in third party management of assets totaling nearly 23,000 units. She has held the position of a Senior Vice President for Bernard/Allison Management Services, Inc., AMO® and an Asset Manager for Capital Assets. She has worked in the same industry, apartment management, for nearly 30 years. Dalia served on several committees both at IREM and at the AZ Multi-housing Association, and served on the AMA Board of Directors.  Dalia currently chairs on the Education committee.

Ms. Laurel E Chamberlin

Ms. Laurel Chamberlin has been involved in the residential property management industry since 1983.  Laurel is currently a producer with Sterling Grant & Associate Insurance Services, and utilizes her years in the industry to provide insurance to the multi-family property industry as well as retail, commercial and office building management companies. Previous positions have included Director of Client Services for a small real estate law firm and Business Development Officer for a bank focused on property management banking. The majority of Laurel’s 26 years in property management have been on the management side.   She was a Regional District Manager for a number of property management companies and supervised portfolios in Phoenix, Yuma and Albuquerque.  Laurel earned the CPM® designation in 2001.   In recognition of her contributions to the Arizona Multi-housing Association and the industry, she received the prestigious, Chairman’s Outstanding Achievement Award, and most recently was recognized as the Industry Partner of the Year for 2008.   Laurel has served as 2004 Treasurer, 2005-2008 Secretary and chaired the 2009 Income/Expense committee.

IREM YOUNG PROFESSIONALS
Ms. Marnetta J Brook
Ms. Marty Cairns has been involved in the property management industry since 1991. Marty is the Vice President of Property Management Services for Metro Commercial Properties. Metro specializes in commercial property management and also provides development services in several states. Marty received her CPM® designation in 2004 and has been involved with several IREM committees. She has been active over the last couple years in the interview process for potential CPM® candidates.
LEGISLATIVE
Ms. Genna E Goldberg

Ms. Genna Goldberg currently serves as Senior Property Manager for The Muller Company, where she utilizes her analytical skills and property management experience to minimize costs and maximize the value of investor owned assets. She started her management career in Phoenix, specializing in industrial management.   She has since served as Portfolio Manager for RBI Management Services where she managed assets for multiple third-party owners. Most recently, Genna held the position of Director of Property Management for The Ellman Companies at Westgate City Center, a mixed use development in Glendale. Genna earned her CPM® designation in 2007 and was also awarded The CPM® Candidate of the Year in 2007.

MARKETING/PR
Enrique Grove
Enrique Grove has been involved in the multifamily industry for over 16 years with experience in both on-site operational management and as an industry partner.  He currently serves as Publisher of the Metro Phoenix apartments.com magazine, newspaper and online media platforms.  For the past several years, he has been an active member in both the Arizona Mulithousing Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Enrique has served on the Executive Council since 2008.

Ms. Donna R Olcavage

Ms. Donna Olcavage is President/Designated Broker of NaPali Management, Inc., which specializes in interim management, CAM reconciliation’s, auditing, office organization and due diligence services for commercial properties.  Donna has been in the commercial management area for over 25 years.  She earned the CPM® designation in 1991, and has been the recipient of several chapter awards including, CPM® of the Year and the President’s Award.  She has served on the Executive Council for several years and currently chairs on the Membership Committee.  She has also served in past years as Secretary and Treasurer.

Ms. Libby A Ekre

Ms. Elizabeth “Libby” Ekre has been involved in Residential Property Management for over 25 years.  She is a Principal of MEB Management Services, AMO, an Arizona based firm, managing multi-family and commercial properties. Libby has been actively involved with IREM over the past several years.  Libby earned the CPM® designation in 2001.  She has served on the Executive Council since 2005 and chaired on the Education Committee in 2005 and 2006.  Libby was the chapter’s President in 2008 and currently serves as the Past President in 2009 & 2010.

STRATEGIC ALLIANCE/GOVERNANCE
Ms. Debra H Hill Fox

Ms. Debra Hill-Fox is currently the managing member of AskDebFox.com.  Debra does property management training and partners with several premier companies as their business development manager.  She has been involved in the multi-family industry since 1981.  In 2001, she became the business development manager for the law firm of Koglmeier, Dobbins & Smith, PLC.  Debra received her ARM® designation in 1991 and her CPM® designation in 1997. She has served on the IREM board for 12 years.  She is the past 2004 & 2005 IREM President and currently serves as the Strategic Alliance committee chair. Debra has served on the IREM National Ethics committee and is the 2009 IREM National ARM® Forum co-chair.
